The Academic Fair is held once a year to educate Kedron students on a specific topic. Previous topics have included Science, Careers, Cultural Arts, and Health/Safety. January 14, 2011 |

| Classroom T-Shirts |
Committee members collect class t-shirt order forms in August & distribute t-shirts to classrooms when they arrive. |

| Collections/Box Tops | Committee members assist with year round collections of box tops, Tyson labels, and ink cartridges. They also facilitate contests & provide rewards for contest winners. Ongoing |

| Counselor Assistance | Volunteers assist Ms. Abel, the guidance counselor, throughout the year with various projects. Ongoing |

| Communications | The Communications Committee is responsible for compiling and sending school wide information for a constant contact email which will be distributed to Kedron families who sign up for the email service. |

| Cultural Arts | Committee members assist with selecting cultural arts activities and programs. The committee also creates displays at Kedron. October 14, 2010 & February 18, 2011 |

| Heart to Heart Road Race | This is Kedron’s Spring Fundraising event. Committee members start in the Fall organizing this 5K race. The Heart to Heart Committee acquires sponsors for the race, processes registration forms, orders t-shirts, and participates in race day activities. February 12, 2011 |

| Holiday Breakfast | A holiday breakfast shared with Santa. Committee members will help plan, decorate, and organize a breakfast full of activities for Kedron families. December 4, 2010 |

| Holiday Shop | Committee members help organize, price, and sell merchandise which will be available for students to purchase as holiday gifts. December 6-10, 2010 |

| Innisbrook | This is Kedron’s Fall Fundraising event. Committee members assist with promoting the sale, collecting order forms, rewarding winning students & classrooms, and distributing product in October. August – October 2010 |

| Publicity | Volunteers take pictures at Kedron events, submit to local papers, create Kedron front office scrapbook, and update sign in front of Kedron on a weekly basis. Ongoing |

| Restaurant Nights | Local restaurants donate a portion of their sales during a Kedron Family Night. Committee passes out reminders, picks up donations, and gives out rewards to winning classrooms. Ongoing |

| Room Parent Coordinator | The Room Parent Coordinator is responsible for distributing, collecting, and organizing classroom parent sign up sheets, creating folders for each room parent which contains a list of their classroom parents, party volunteers and teacher preference form. They will also be responsible for distributing school-wide event information. |

| Technology Assistance | Volunteers assist Ms. McWilliams, the technology teacher, throughout the school year on various assignments. Tasks include updating, debugging, and running software on classroom & lab computers. Ongoing |
